The Cotswold QR Map

& OsmAnd

OsmAnd is a mobile application for Maps and Navigation available for Android and iOS. You can download the free version from the most popular markets.
We recommend that you grant OsmAnd permission to receive information about the precise location of your device. OsmAnd does not collect, use, or share your private information, and access to geolocation is needed for correct offline working of search and navigation.
The OsmAnd app can only function fully with downloaded offline maps, so after the Get Started screen you are prompted to download the map of your region. You will need to download The SE England Map and The SW of England Map.
Once you have installed OsmAnd and downloaded the required maps, click below to download your chosen GPX route to your device.

Downloading the GPX files

Choose your prefered Drive as shown on your Cotswold QR Map from the corresponding options below and touch the press here button below the description to download the file to your device. Some browsers may ask you to confirm you want to keep the file before completing the download. Your GPX File will normally be in your devices Downloads folder from where you can select which of your installed Navigation Apps you wish it to open it (Please note both Google Maps and Apple Maps do not support the direct import of GPX Files). We recommend OSMAND, see above. To transfer a GPX File from your phone to an in-car navigation system, open the GPX file on your phone using a compatible navigation app (or select it in a file manager), then use the app’s “Send to Device” or similar option such as Bluetooth to wirelessly transfer it to your connected or paired navigation system. Alternatively, some systems allow you to transfer the file via USB or by uploading it to a cloud service that your navigation system can access.
